Retaining Wall Reconstruction

This project involved the reconstruction of a large failed residential retaining wall that had begun threatening the house below. With very limited access and sensitive working conditions close to the dwelling, the job required a careful and methodical approach from start to finish.
Our scope included delicate excavation, tight-access drilling, and lifting 7m poles into position to create a strong, reliable retaining solution while minimising risk to the surrounding area. Working alongside our client and engineers, we developed a practical site-specific solution that removed the need for the 12m piles originally specified in the plans, resulting in a safer and more buildable, cost effective outcome for our client.
